Job : Full Stack Developer : 2 Positions

Ideal Candidate - 2-4 years experience - exceptional development skills with Angular & Node JS in product development with hands on experience and knowledge of Payment Gateways, E-Commerce and API Integrations. This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience.

Skills: 

HTML 5/ CSS3/ Angular Js (1-8) / Node JS/ REST APIs/ MongoDB / Ionic Framework/ React JS

Kubernetes, Dockers experience will be a plus.  

 

Domain: 

Order to Cash/ Procure to Pay/ Point of Sale/ Supply Chain / B2C/ B2B 

 

Qualification: 

Graduate in Computer Science

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work on core product engineering for Order Management platform. 

  • E-Commerce integrations. 

  • Work with product engineering and customer IT teams on integrations. 

  • Design and develop Dashboards. 

  • Develop APIs for integration with various systems 

  • OAuth, Single Sign on integrations 

  • Payment gateway integrations with e-Commerce for B2B and B2C use cases  

  • Chatbot integration experience will be a plus

Job : Inside Sales Executive / Senior Executive : 1 Position 

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have 2 - 6 years of professional sales / inside sales experience working for a technology / SaaS company, in a closure role (handling end to end sales cycle).

 

Skills: 

  • Exceptional phone, verbal, and written communication skills; comfortable making cold calls

  • Candidates must demonstrate strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent at multitasking and deftly managing the competing priorities of a robust workload, and being well organized for superior territory management

 

Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated track record of success as an inside sales rep generating leads, nurturing them to create opportunities, and effectively closing deals.

  • Profiling and penetrating accounts to identify and capture the right target contacts

  • Ability to harvest names from social media channels, various other sources and databases (LinkedIn, Hoovers, etc)

  • Proficiency using a CRM system as well as MS Office suite.

  • Willingness to work in the respective time zone of assigned geography.

  • Educational Qualification: Any under graduation. (B.E, or MBA Preferred)

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve and exceed assigned Revenue targets and objectives.

  • High-volume cold calling to establish new, high-quality leads and opportunities with prospective clients and contact

  • Lead qualification of inbound leads received through various sources (including company website, CRM system, purchased lists, social media channels, events, other sources) contacted within time frame agreed

  • Nurturing mid to long term leads through regular touch points, converting them to Opportunities, and effectively closing deals

  • Update and meticulously maintain CRM database

  • Research industries and companies to develop lead lists and campaigns (using various sources / channels)

  • Provide appropriate reports and management updates on a daily/weekly basis and solicit feedback and direction when appropriate

  • Support campaign initiatives utilizing phone, email and social channels

  • To continually improve personal management and product and sales skills

  • Flexibility to respond to business conditions (Change of Geographies, Timings etc) as they arise.
